What's happening at our Ti location?
Well, we gave it a valiant try. As you can see we offered all types of exercise options at Achieve Fitness in Ti. We were open 6 days a weeks, Offering a variety of times open. Originally offering early am until late morning and late afternoon until 7pm. we wanted to be open until 8 or 9 but you didn't want it.
The public has spoken and made it plain that our gym is not wanted in Ti. We'd love to stay, however we need you to call and say you want to join.
We continue to offer our quality programs in Crown Point, as well as our fully equipped gym. Our Crown Point location has a loyal group of fitness buffs from senior citizens and folks just looking to feel better on through to bodybuilders and see what's Ti is missing out on.
This gym offers: a wide variety of fitness classes, spinning, boot camp, free weights, weight pulley machines and more.
We have programs for youth, athletes, senior citizens as well as those just looking to improve fitness levels or feel better.

Tues - 5:45 am to 11 am
Thurs. 5:45 am to 8 am
May change to Mon, Wed, Fri at 5:45 am , so call to verify times
M, T, W 8 am to 11am and 3 to 7 ** pm
Thursday 3 pm to 7 pm (no 8 am to 11 today)
Friday 8 am til 11 am * closed Fri PM
Saturday 9 to 11 am **
*** If no one calls or arrives we will close at 10:15 am or 6:15 PM so be on time or let us know for those last time slots-- we WANT to be here for you, but you need to show up.

so we're still here 6 days a week but limiting times to utilize our open times to the most benefit to both ourselves and our clients. We are dedicated to staying in Ti with a successful, profitable business that will continue to thrive and grow with the community for generations to come.
Class participation is your choice, you can do a partial class or come in during a class and do your own thing with free weight, circuit, bikes or bosu/ball area. You are not tied into a class.... We offer classes as a extra option, not mandatory

Arthritis & Osteoporosis Awareness Event
Various presenters will discuss their programs to work with these issues. Presenters from MHL will discuss the hospitals bone density testing procedure, RSVP will discuss their exercise program that is free to anyone wanting some basic safe exercise. Bonnie will talk about the causes and preventative measures that can be practiced through life to actually prevent arthritis and it's related conditions.

Spinning or weight lifting High-intensity Low Impact-Cardio Jam! –Remember the aerobic class of the past, your instructor jumped, kicked and danced you into knee, back and ankle injuries all in the quest of “no pain no gain fitness”. Well our certified aerobics instructors will give you the workout you needed and wanted back then. A workout that will challenge you while giving the best results. High-intensity low impact. Call for times

Cy-Yo: Charlotte's newest class, you've got to stop in to get the real picture of this session.
Hatha Yoga with Bonnie: Approx 1 1/2 hour session based on your ability.
Beginner Boot Camp-Don’t let the word “beginner” trick you. This is no easy workout. A hardcore 45 minute drill that will keep you moving. Your boot camp instructor will push you though spinning, random weight training, a cardio bosu and obstacle course. It’s up to you to know your limits with this one ‘cause at boot camp the drill sergeant only knows one thing...you will sweat! Your choice of one boot camp session or several. 45 minutes.
Total Body in 20– A low impact TOTAL body workout using dumbbells, the bosu, and targeted mat work. From top to bottom this one hits every muscle group at a pace that will gradually strengthen and tone for less soreness. This is great for anyone who has been sedentary lately and wants a safe gradual introduction to exercise. Great program for those with arthritis. You choose to add the bike before or after. Meet 2 times per week. 20 to 50 minutes.
Having a ball! –This one’s for everyone. Pilates/yoga based workout that uses the large balls and mat work. You will work your entire body. Modifications will be offered so you can work within you limitations OR challenge your self as much as you can! 45 minutes
Senior Exercise –Just for our senior citizens. We understand it’s hard for you to just step into any exercise class that’s why we’vecreated this one just for you. Strength training is crucial for maintaining day-to-day independence through mobility. It’s never to late! Ask about our Special Senior Citizen Rate. There are no more excuses. This program is for you. Something your doctorwill approve of. May require doctors note. 30 minutes In addition to the specific Senior Times, there are several other times that would be safe & effective exercise for seniors or beginners of any age.
